Renting apartment at Arbors at Carrollwood is a big mistake which I did.
Management has taken advantage of my situation, as I have told them that I need to move my family soon here, so they have showed me the apartment which experienced folks won t even look at because of the fact that it was very close to Ehrlich Road. Being new in Tampa I was not aware of how busy and Noisy this road would be.

Second thing at the time of signing lease I asked the lady what is the notice period. She told me cleverly as 2 months, which was fine with me. But soon after when I was going through the lease one day I found out that I need to pay through out the lease period if I have to move in between the lease, which was kept hidden knowingly by the management person at the time of signing the lease. As I needed the apartment I did not read thru the whole 14 page lease document. I just asked the notice period which was cleverly told to me as 2 months.

Apart from this, Management is so much Irresponsible and Rude that if you call them several times regarding the pest control they won t listen. You have to go in person with a written note in your hand. Forget about any small repair you would need, which is probably you need to pay through your pocket as they will never listen your calls, as no call log or complaint number is maintained and you will not have time to shout on these idiots.

After going through the above if you are still interested in renting apartment at Arbors at Carrollwood at least do not go for the apartments which are beside Ehrlich Road because of the Road Noise will not allow you to sleep at night and no alarm needed at 4:00 AM as you will wake up imagining that a FULL size truck ran into the apartment.

However, you may ignore the above as every person has different experience. This is the experience I had, which you might be different in your case. So, All the best!!

HOLY CRAP!!!! I was considering renting there but after reading these reviews I think I would be much happier under a bridge..... Seriuosly!!!!
