I moved into the Arbors 5 years ago, and I remember when it was nice place to live. It slowly turned into a college frat house with keg parties at the pool. Now, it's turned condo, and investors purchased the units and are renting them to section 8 housing. That's right, I pay $1500.00/month to live in the projects. I HATE this place, and I can't wait to move out when my lease is up. Since we went condo and unofficially, section 8, the quality of people living near me has gone down. One of my neighbors has a party every single night. The leasing office told me there was nothing they could do about it, because the girl doesn't rent from them. She rents from an investor. The people across from me also throw loud parties several times a week, and they smoke marijuana almost every night. About 1 month ago, I had to call 911 to report that I was watching 3 cars getting broken into. Burglaries happen on a daily basis. The apt. complex is paying massive amounts of money for CIS (Security), and I haven't seen them do anything to combat this problem. Don't move here unless you like being a prisoner of your own surroundings.
