Ive been living in the Arbors at carrollwood for over a year now and the changes that are being made are amazing!! The security of having double gates and access code entrance makes me feel so safe. Being a young, single, professional I wanted an apartment with out your usual younger, partying feel.. And let me tell you thats what I got. I think Im probably the youngest person who lives in this property.. The Mercedes and BMW's that lace the parking spots are a little overwhelming when Im climbing into my 06 voltswagon bug. My entrance card didnt work one time and the management team helped me out right away!! I also sleep like a baby at night because Its so quiet in the complex after 10pm you would think that its a retirement community. After working out in the gym which is a 30 sec walk I like to relax by the pool!! I cant say enough great things about the complex and honestly it speaks for itself.
Its a thumbs up in my book!!

This must be fabricated. 80% of my neighbors are 18 years old, so unless you're younger than that, you're lying. And, the party doesn't start around here until 10pm.
