The walls in these apts are paper thin which is already bad enough. However, I have turned the other cheek in relation to hearing my neighbor pee. My issue is the lawn crew!! The Hillsborough County noise ordinance says no noise between 10pm and 8am. My lease mirrors the same rules. But every morning at 6:45 am, the lawn crew wakes me up with their mowing and weed wacking. I work weird shifts at my job, so sometimes, I've just gotten in at 4am (no, I'm not a stripper or bartender. I have a real job). The old lawn crew used to only come on Thursdays, so I knew that Thursdays would be hard for me. But this new service is here every morning, EVERY MORNING!!! They don't stop until about 11am, enough time for me to have to start getting ready for work. It bothers me that the leasing office doesn't care enough about their residents to have the lawn crew start a little later in the morning, especially in the fall when the weather is cooler. Why does the lawn need to be cut everyday' As soon as I find the right government entity to report this to, I am going to. I just want some sleep.

If you don't work a standard M-F, 8:00am-5:00 pm shift, this place is not for you.
