We first moved to Tampa and looked at the Arbors. Quite honestly, to look at them, the are BEAUTIFUL and when we moved in we got a great deal. The first year was ok, some cockroaches, nothing too crazy, (besides seeing them crawl up the side of your building), but we are busy people and didn't want to move. So, we stayed another nightmarish year. The roaches were our of control. All of the other apt's in my building were broken into except mine -tons of stuff stolen ( I was home that day), crazy enough, no police came to ask me what I saw or anything... The next day the letter went out about using our alarms because some people were using master keys. NICE! Anyway, later my roommates car was broken into and the seats were stolen. The next day the entire car was gone- later to show up in the bottom of a creek stripped down to nothing. And the roaches kept coming, up the sides of the bldg and into our apt.. Not to mention the gates never worked. When the gates did work, there were so many codes to get in. Once they 'changed the code' and I wanted to know the new one, so I asked one of the neighborhood kids (who didn't know me from anything) and they freely gave up the code. Wonderful security.. The maintenance in the end was a nightmare too, I would ask for our place to get sprayed ever single week, and some weeks it would get done and some weeks not. It took 3 weeks and several phone calls for some simple things to get fixed.. We finally moved out and it took us 6 months of fighting with the apt complex to get our deposit back... This was THE WORST renting experience! Don't let the beauty of the place fool you as it did us.

BTW, when we moved in the place was FULL ( about 16 in my bldg) when we moved out there were 3 of us.... tell you something'
