These apartments are overpriced and the staff sucks. The unit that I was living in is getting foreclosed on, my wife and I moved out at the end of our lease because we purchased a home. FYI my mortgage payment is 870 for a 3 bed room 2 bath brand new 2008 home. I paid 950 for a year for a 1 bed 1 bath (yes it hurts to walk from getting screwed for a year). Now that I am out they are trying to make me replace that cheap carpet that they said was new for 800$. DO NOT LIVE AT THE ARBORS
