Read every comment and decide for yourself

First of all I would like to say that I think every comment should be read and then you should decide for yourself if you want to live here. I have lived here for about six months now and I have hated almost every moment of living here. I just want to start by saying if you are looking to live here, plese make sure you tell them to show you the laundry facilities and the mailroom. I think you should also ask to see the volleyball court, swimming pools, car area, and the dumpster.
When Christina took me to see and apartment we drove right to the complex with her telling me some of the "highlights". I immediately fell in love with the apartment on the inside and I loved the cathedral ceilings. I did overlook the landscaping which is VERY poor. It is dirt like one other person said and there is VERY little grass. The apartment itseld is gorgeous, however, the amenities here are god awful. The mailroom is poorly lite and smells like a urine box. The pools are falling apart like a previous comment had mentioned(wires are exposed and hanging into the water) The volleyball court would be a nice place if it actually had a net. The car wash area is a vacumm and a hose hookup. The "dumpster" is one main trash compactor that gets emptied once a week only.
Maintence is very poor here. It takes forever for them to come and fix something if it is not an emergancy. The office staff here is okay. Kelly is the manager and she is very understanding, there is a light brown-haired young lady that also works there that took christina's place and she is wonderful. Christina now is another story. You either are on her good side or you're not.
The noise here isn't too bad. At least not in my opinion. There is occasional bass that drives through late at night. The only thing that is really a nusence is the car alarms that go off for no reason and the recent fireworks that continue to be set off.
So, if you are looking for an apartment that I would say is wonderful on the inside(meaning the apartment inside) and poor on the outside then this is the place. If you do not like the things I have mentioned you might want to look elsewhere.
