Ok...First of all, the noise is terrible. When you move in they ttell you that they don't tolerate noise..yeah ok. I see that ----- Christina who works in the office with her front door open and her radio blaring loud ghetto music all the time. She always has ghetto people standing outside her door smoking and drinking...like that's a good impression on someone who works in the leasing office. But I will leave that decision up to you. Anyways, the restof the office staff isn't that bad. The manager Kelly is very professional and understanding. She has always helped me when I have needed it. The other two girls who work in the front are awesome; they always have smiles on their faces and are ready to help with any problem you may have.

As far as the property...it sux..there is no landscaping whatsoever and the parking sux. They just re did the parking lot and it is already coming off. The pools are green with algae and the guy who cleans them is like big foot himself. But that is a whole nother story.

Maintenance isn't that bad. There are two guys who came to my apartment who didn't do a single thing. They just walked in and walked out. Domingo (an older latin man) is the best they have. He really knows his job. They need to get rid of the old supervisor that they have working for them cuz he doesn't know his ass from his elbow.
So, if you think about moving to the Remington, please think long and hard before you make a decision. That is my suggestion.
