Wow! Everyone seems to have their own opinion of this Beautiful Community. All I have to say is , if you have such a big problem with the Girl(s) in the office, why don't you grow up and handle it the mature way instead of writing such horrible things about them. The manager and leasing staff of The Remington Apartments go out of their way to make the residents happy. Besides that, look at all of the upgrading they have been doing on the property..sure it may not be perfect.. YET.. but it is getting there. They just put BRAND NEW equipment in the gym, brandnew pool furniture, have you been to the laundry rooms yet' It looks great. But, would youlike to know the best thing about this property' The Leasing staff...If people would follow the community rules, and parents would supervise their children, and if people would grow up, there wouldn't be such a problem . The girls in the office are very friendly and are always ready to help whenever you need it. As soon as you walk thru that door, all you see is smiles. I have lived here for 1 and a half yrs now and i love it;my apartment is beautiful and I have never had one problem with the maintenance staff either. So, before you people let your immaturity override everything else, grow up and realize how great this community is! I am happy here at the Remington and I plan to stay!

This person either works or worked there or is on some pretty heavy duty anti-depressants... how can this person miss the mess that this complex has become? I have been here for longer than whoever wrote this post and would like some of what she or he has had... First of all, they need to have staff who really know how to communicate to each other and mean what they say. The staff has no consistency. The maintenance staff is not very good and their work is substandard - they usually have to be called back to refix the same problem. the grounds are horrible. New residents are not screened well (there had been a sexual predator living on this property before), but most move out in the middle of the night, anyway after a few months to a year...
