This place is the ghetto. This "gated" community has minors in it (or easily able to get in b/c there's really now gate)that are constantly trying to steal cars. Ours was broken into more than once inless than 3 1/2 weeks. Maintencae' Good- when they actually get here. Pools' Leads you to believe there are several. Two of them are padlocked shut (and one of those two is literally filled with trash) and the only one that's open is (surprise!) by the front office. Playgrounds' Broken everything. Mold' If you want to have health problems from mold,this is the place for you. The apartment was disgusting when we moved in. Bugs and food were spray painted over in the kitchen, pubes in the bathroom, half of the crap in the apt. was broken. Even a window! Neighbors fight until 3 am: breaking stuff, outside and inside, their kids crying...Yeah, this is a craphole. There's a $100.00 bonus for people who refer their friends to this place. I wouldn't refer my worst enemyto this place. The staff is friendly but since I said that, I wonder if it will change. There's is trash everywhere outside. DON'T MOVE HERE- YOU'LL HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE IN A CARDBOARD BOX IN A DARK ALLEY IN A BAD NEIGHBORHOOD.
