They will take your money every chance they get! I pay 15$ a month for my dogs. After living in the same appartment for 2 years, that racks up to 360$ not to mention the 400$ no refundable pet deposit....FOR EACH DOG. So now we are up to 1160$. Well upon move out we were told that they replace the carpet every 5 years. When we moved in they said our carpet was new....we lived there for 2 years and they said that we had to pay for the replacement. A total of 900$!!

Also they only let you pay your rent online through a website that is very glitchy and does not give you a confirmation number after payment, and typically take up to 3 days to clear. If you make a payment on the first and it does not clear for 3 days, by the time you find out the website has screwed up AGAIN its too late. You are now charged a 10%late fee and have to get a certified check to pay your rent and water within 3 more days. DO NOT MOVE HERE! THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND WILL RIP YOU OFF EVERY CHANCE THEY GET!
