We have lived here going on three years now and have to say that it has been an overall pleasant experience. This place is located on a conservation property. It is older so you shouldn't expect the lap of luxury. We live in the back of the complex against the conservation and it is quiet. It has been a good deal as compared to other complexes that are new, three stories, and offer amenities that,let's face it, look good on paper but you spend your life working to pay your rent so you have no time to use them. We have always had same day service with maintenance and the office staff is polite. We do notice quite a different type of clientele in the front of the complex, such as younger renters, but we are surrounded by families so it is cool. The best thing about this place is that they are owned by a company that will put 20% of your TOTAL rent paid after two years of living in the complex towards the purchase of a new home if you use their builder. The builder is reputable so we are very excited. I would definitely recommend this place if you'd like quiet and conservation (request it, because it is worth it and doesn't cost much more)and are looking to buy a home within a couple of years.
