I have only been in Audubon Village for a few months - and I must admit - was pretty hestitant about signing a lease after these reviews. However, I haven't had any experiences here that come close to what is described in previous reviews. Office staff has been extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. I never hear blaring radios or see people hanging out in the parking lot. The landscaping always seems very well kept and I never hear my neighbors through the walls. I have not met an upset tenant yet. Also, I just moved to this area, and my new colleagues at work said this complex was one of the nicest in the area. I would certainly recommend Audubon Village.
