Equity Residential took over management of this property in 2003 and has really improved the caliber of their residents. Still a few noisy students around, but they are very strict with them if you complain. Also the security guard is very responsive and dililgent and will come out immediately if someone is making too much noise at night. did the manager write this? soundslike it. Audubon is a very nice place with an excellent maintenance team. i would definitely recomend it, half these reviews are written by disgrunted residents or evictions/skips, the good ones sound like mangement to me. go see for yourself
