The apartments are dark, and Finally have new exterior paint, maintenence can make you wait, but are good when they get there. There is a lot of traffic through the complex--but the security guard is cool--especially if you speak with him and let him know you aren't a troublemaker. One of the guest services employees is fantastic for the younger less uptight renters, although I don't know if Angel is still there. You can hear your upstairs neighbors WAY too well
