People change their iol in the parking lot and cars are regualrly seen up on scissor jacks with pails under them. Abondoned cars sit in the parking lot. The trees are never trimmed. The loud stereo thing is right and it's really anytime during the day. People are always haning out in the parking lot making lots of noise and they don't get out of the way when you drive through they just stare at you like you are in their way. The apartments look very old inside. the walls are very poorly painted flat white and they didn't bother to mask off the outlets and fixtures before they painted. They say that their is pest control but I have to spray my own apartment. My allergies have never been as bad as they are here because the carpet is obviously about 15years old with god knows how many peoples pets having lived on it and the a/c must be full of dirt because I've never had as much dust anywhere. Please look around, you can find much better for your money. I found an apartment for the same price that was much better, you just have to look hard and remember you will be living there for a year. dom't even move into this area, stay on hillsborough ave if you have to be in this neighborhood. They steal the little air caps off your tires, Security service is worthless.
