My experience at Audubon has been excellent. I've lived here for almost 5 years and thinking about moving to buy a home is rather sad. The staff has always been very accomodating and helpful and responsive to any maintenance needs. Friendly, beautiful grounds, and contrary to what others have said, the front gate guard does an excellent job screening people who come in. If you give respect, you receive respect. He is very helpful and responsive when every there is a security need. Audubon no longer has the contract for a nearby college and that has made a world of difference. Lots of immature students creating problems but since they've gone in the last year or so, things are much better. This is also about the best location to live in Tampa Bay as far as I'm concerned - close to airport and all major highways - to both St. Pete and Tampa - yet quiet and rustic - you'd never know you were so close to the city.
