First I paid $300.00 and now it's not a deposit...I did my move in report and not even a phone call to follow up. The tiles in the kitchen were all cracked up and the refrigerator is pretty old...I reported two whole on the balcony roof, still there. THe area around is definitely being abused by loud music and vehicles accelerating as they were doing drag races. I was supposed to live until August 31, just gave mu keys today and they didn't prorate the three days right there. The manager will do the math during the week....It's very easy when you are moving in but leaving is another story... The staff, outside of the report when I moved in, were incredibly great with me. I can't complain about them that much. If I were you, I would look more toward Oldsmar...Unfortunately, I didn't.
