I've lived in Aud. Village for over 5 years - keep thinking I'll buy a house, haven't yet. They've really raised my rates - went from $835 to $895 in June and now want to have me renew at $905 starting January for 2 BR BA. I have best view in complex - private no neighbors, just wetlands reserve in back.
