I love this complex and the apartment. I managed to move in during a special, so I can't complain about that. The staff and maintance are great, however the neghbors are pretty ------. If you're thinking of moving here, try to get a unit at the end of the building - the stairs and sidewalk tend to be a hot commodity for hang outs. The insulation sucks, I can hear just about everything the people behind me talk about (it doesn't help that they're loud).
