PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DONT MOVE IN HERE!!!!!!!! I sure hope people take the time to check out this site before moving into this treacherous place. This place is so bad that my husband and I moved out immediately and in with my parents!!!!! We broke the lease because the property manager (S) talked a bunch of ---t about resolving the problem with the horrible tenants above us. She will tell you what you want to hear to make it look like she is kind and helping. Don't let her fool you! It is all talk. After we went through the whole "eviction process" for the rude lady upstairs, S said she wasn't going to do anything about it and asked us to move. BS!!!! S refused to give me the name and number of her boss so that I could notify him that she is not doing her job. She even had the nerve to slander my familys communication skills. We had to get a lawyer involved. The lady upstairs "can't control" her two kids and all we hear is her bratty kids 18 hours a day. Many days waking us up as early as 4am. We would hit the ceiling to let her know how ridiculous she was being and she would bang back, come downstairs and yell at us, call the cops, and make phony accusations about us making noise.

The office didn't have the courtesy to let everyone know that trees were going to be trimmed and to not park our cars under the trees so I woke up to no car because it was towed. The office said they had the ability to do that if they wanted and pretty much didnt care. Obviously I was home so they could have at least knocked on the door.

First week we were there our car got broken into. Thugs stole about $700 in stuff. Office didn't care.

The stairs are situated along one wall on a bedroom. 24/7 it sounds like a train passing by your room. Sleeping is impossible.

What's almost as fun as the lady upstairs was the guy having parties outside our window from 2-4am every morning. One night at 2 am, he decided to beat his windshield in right outside our window. These people have no decency.

A crazy man was arrested outside our apt door at 3am one morning. Turned out he lived right across the hall.

The equity program does you no good because staying there longer than 2 months makes you go crazy.

Dont move here if you treasure you sleep, sanity, and money.

And the office smells like cheap perfume.
