We live right next to the club house overlooking one of the lakes. Our apartment always has parking out front, we are very friendly with office staff, and have great neighbors.

Move in was seamless. The staff has made our lives easier in every regard and actually know us by name. Our water bill is around $25 a month and we constantly run AC and the electric bill is usually around $70. I know our area is super quiet, but I haven't seen any of these so called thugs around the property at all. The only people we see are kids and teens being nosy at the pool (to be expected), people picking up their mail after work, tennis players on the court, and dogs out fetching balls in the pet area.

We are planning on renewing our lease again next year and will be in the complex for a total of 2 years before we buy a home in the area. All in all, Audubon Village has a great location and has been a great place to live.
