the place is dirty and all you have to do is drive by buildings 13, 14, 12, and that area and look at the buildings themselves, the roofs of the covered parking are all torn up too


they don't ever cut the grass, bushed, weeds, trees


the people in the office are straight up B****ES and will be soooo rude to your face once you have signed that lease


they won't even drive through the complex to see if there is a problem

the thugs might as well be given this place because they've already decorated it with all their spray paint art on the signs and stuff

DONT BRING KIDS HERE it's not safe. the thugs that hang out here (don't even know if they really live here) love to say mean things to people as they walk around


LOUD music from the same thug types ALL THE TIME it reverbs through the buildings


the gaurd is an A##hole and isn't even around half the time


my lease is up soon and I found a much better place. like its been said on here all you have to do is look


the rent increase isn't much anywhere in tampa, not like in a big city


don't settle for this place tampa has a whole lot more to offer, nicer places and nicer people
