Wow! I'm really saddened to read so many bad reviews. We lived at the Audubon for 1 year and we loved everything about it! We only left because we had to relocate for our employer or we would have stayed there. Our apartment was in a very quiet spot on the ground level by the back entrance and our neighbors all were very quiet and nice people. The grounds were extremely well manicured, really beautiful. The office staff was very kind and always helpful. Mike, the security guard was the best! We truly enjoyed living there! It sounds like things have gone down hill since we left, maybe the new owners just aren't "caring" enough and it appears the resident screening could use a lot of improvement.
