I was also surprised by the negtive feedback from tenants at Audubon Village (especially current tenants). I have lived here for 6 months and totally enjoy my 2nd floor apartment, my beautiful surroundings, parking, management, etc. Maybe I'm just in a better section of the complex, I don't know. The only thing I will complain about is when you go to the pool on the weekend for some R&R and instead there are a bunch of loud obnoxious kids with the parents who do nothing to settle down the noise level or remind them that it is a community pool and to have some respect for others. Other than that, this place is a beautiful place to live and I enjoy it!
