Unbelievable!!! I've lived at Audubon Village Apartments with no issue until the past 2 years. The staff that rotates through that "training" facility are hard pressed to find any compassion....especially for residents that have called the property home for over 6 years! I'm preparing to move out and the "management team" performed a preliminary walk-through but did not share with me their findings until I went there personally to discuss. Only at that time was I notified that because I moved in to an apartment with new carpet only 3 years ago and carpet has a 5 year life expectancy, I will have to pay to have it replaced because of normal wear and tear to the tune of $250.00. This information would not have been shared with me if I did not ask....

Very shady practices to squeeze every dime out of you with this new management team.

If you have extra cash just laying around and don't mind being nickel and dimed (even quartered) for every little thing, you should have a pleasant living experience here.
