I used to live in the complex next door ... camden ... i thought that the surrounding area was just a little on the poorer side but the apt complexes were well kept. The nice complex I just moved out of had me fooled. This place is scary sometimes. There are students here, sure, but they aren't the studious type if you know what i mean. Trash everywhere ... too bad, the place is so convenient to everywhere in the Bay Area. I would love the location if someone that cared would buy this place and manage it. Under the current management it may as well just be burnt down.

If the area is too poor for you buy a house and get out of the neighborhood. Obviously if your living there your in the same boat buddy!

actually this area is rather nice, its this complex, camden and the complex down the street that draw in all the trash
