Not Bad Not Great From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/20/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I am currently living here its not bad. Quiet at night atleast in our building. The only bad thing is the cost of rent for the quality. We will be moving into a more updated place. If you touch the walls here the paint comes off. And even our outlet covers crumble when you touch them. Pretty sure stains are comming up threw the carpet that weren't there before. The eletric bill seems extremely high $130 for a 1 bedroom and we are never here, the only thing I can't think of is a wiring problem because half our outlets don't work. The outside is what attracted us, but its almost too woodsy when I walk my dog I get eaten alive by bugs. Huge Huge Huge bugs get in our apartment, we saw a spider that I think came from Australia. But noise and rude neighbors aren't a problem.
