Pretty good

The Good:
These apartments are spacious and have a good amount of storage space. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. It is very quiet during the day and our neighbors only threw the occasional weekend party. Parking is ample if you don't mind a little walk at night. The maintenance is AMAZING--most of the time they came out within a few minutes of calling, and were always efficient, quick, and polite. We started having an ant problem about a year in and the bug people were good about coming out whenever we called to spray our apartment. The main entrance had a night guard, Mike, who was there every single night taking names.
The Bad:
The appliances are OLD. The dishwasher never worked, and the office refused to replace it so we hand washed for two years. Our fridge used to collect all this nasty brown water in the crisper that had to be cleaned out every couple of weeks. The stove and stovetop were O.K. but you had to be careful not to overheat food because the old wires were coated in so much grease. The wallpaper is really tacky and is not flattering to the great natural light in the building. The water pressure SUCKED.
All in all, this was a very decent place to live. I've considered moving back except their prices have gone up and 650$ for a one bedroom with no w/d connection is a bit ridiculous.
