It is obvious that management checks these and adds new ones whenever anyone posts a real review. The complex is terribly run (the worst apartment complex I've lived in by far). It is roach infected, the walls are so thin you know everything about your neighbors (way TMI), many of the residents are ghetto thugs, and there is regular violent crime on the gounds. In the last 6 months, the gates have been operating for one month (left up 24 hours otherwise). Even when they fixed them, they posted the gate code for anyone who drove up to see. The code hasn't changed in several years, by the way (yes, one gate code that all the public assistance residents can tell their friends about). There have been several robberies at gunpoint in the complex in the past several weeks alone. Don't even get me started on the administrative incompetence of the staff; they are an unbelievable bunch of dolts. Stay away from this place - it is a nightmare.

I have recently moved in here and have experienced non of these problems. The gate works (yes it is not a prison gate but it does deter). As far as bugs and roaches, they come spray every other month if you LET them in...

OK, anyone reading this needs to look at Speedballer's other posts and review and see what you think. He recently moved here but is sure that maintenance comes regularly every other month? And who "doesn't let them in"? You would have to request that they not spray your home - how would a resident have knowledge of that? Doesn't ring true at all...

I agree. the staff is completely faking these good reviews. Do you think it's a coincidence that all these people that love this apartment so much come from new york or brooklyn. Seriously. who do you think you're kidding?
