It is obvious that management checks these and adds new ones whenever anyone posts a real review. The complex is terribly run (the worst apartment complex I've lived in by far). It is roach infected, the walls are so thin you know everything about your neighbors (way TMI), many of the residents are ghetto thugs, and there is regular violent crime on the gounds. In the last 6 months, the gates have been operating for one month (left up 24 hours otherwise). Even when they fixed them, they posted the gate code for anyone who drove up to see. The code hasn't changed in several years, by the way (yes, one gate code that all the public assistance residents can tell their friends about). There have been several robberies at gunpoint in the complex in the past several weeks alone.
