When I first moved in I thought it was going to be a very nice place to live The Asst. Mgr. then Trina was the Best they had ever had when she left it turn into something from a horror movie with Tammy being their star of the show. The property is not Family orient and there are a lot of for Children to do and there are a lot that lives there but there's nothing for them to do no playground the Basketball gym is limited to them depending on who you are or should I say whatever your ethic backgroud is. I've seen people of color being evicted because assumption and not actual facts, before Tammy left there was a lot Arabians move in by twos weeks later there was numerous people moving in one apartment and no one evicted them. There were alot of criminals that lived there that was caucasin that the police had to arrest but when my husband and I moved in that was one of the hold up on my approval they had to wait for a criminal backgroud check. Every week they were there arresting or chasing someone and they was mostly caucasin. I still have time on my lease so I try not to complain or call the office for anything because they are RUDE. If you can go someplace else do so
