They are lousy with not exterminating when they say they are

I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR 3 WEEKS NOW AND I AM PETRIFIED OF THE PALMETTO BUGS I KEEP SEEING IN MY APARTMENT,I WENT TO THE LEASING OFFICE TO LET THEN KNOW, AND THAT I WANTED THEM TO EXTERMINATE EVERY WEEK. WELL THYEY ONLY SHOWED UP ONCE!! I COMPLAINT AND THEY ASSURED ME THAT THEY WOULD COME AND SPRAY THE FOLLOWING THURSDAY, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!!
