I moved in about 4 months ago and I have to say it's been nice so far. I do have problems with roaches, but moving down from NY I was warned that Fl tended to have more bugs because of the climate. The pest guy that came to my apt to spray gave me some pointers and so far they seem to help. Office staff is very pleasant. Every now and then I had to call twice for a work order, but they have over 300 apts (guestimate) so I don't expect every time for them to be perfect. Any time I had an emergency work order (A/C not working) they were right out to fix.
