new management is great, very happy, nice place to live

We have lived here for over a year, and we were thinking of not renewing our lease...but the new management company is great, so we are staying. Aimco has been here now for a few weeks, and we can already see the changes. There was a pest problem on the property, but they have been great about getting to the bottom of it and taken care of it. The office staff is sooo much nicer than before, and they have taken care of any problems we have had right away. I would definately recomend this community to anyone. Our apartment is huge, and with all of the amenities this place has, well worth the money. If you take look at the other reviews, you will see that it was not the property that was the problem...Keep this in mind!!
