I have lived in this apt for two years and have never had a problem before. The open floorplan is amazing, maintenance guys are very friendly, location is great. But in the past couple of months the mgmt has changed. The never return our phone calls, the rush us out of the office, don't answer important questions, and the worst part of all is that they are raising our rent more than $200!!! I really wanted to sign a third lease, but with the new mgmt company I don't think that will happen.
