I have lived at BaLaye for 4 years now....we have seen 3 different managment companies, and AIMCO is by far the best. They always go the extra mile for me, and I have seen them do it for other people too!! I do not, nor have I ever had a problem with bugs, roaches or anything else. Maybe you should check your housekeeping habits!!! Before you go saying bad things about management, maybe you should take a look in the mirror!! You were problably asked to leave!! LOL, because in most cases, those are the only people who ever write on these stupid things!! I know a lot of my neighbors, and most are really happy here!

Look at your subject... Just because you are mad, "DO" bash the place? OK, don't mind if I do! First, I do not trust that you are a Balaye resident of 4 years. It's always nice to hide behind a computer, right? I also knew Balaye residents... NONE were happy. I would not be surprised if you were one of the managers. I left Balaye behind me. I am MUCH happier now with NO roach problems. It had nothing to do with my "housekeeping" skills. If you are a resident, best of luck to ya! PEACE OUT! :)

I would have to aggree with "formerbalayeresident" I have lived through the three managment changes and no management has ever compared to the first company the origal owners. The orginal owners where by far the best company that I have seen anywhere. AIMCO Im sure is not the worst but they are a strong 2nd for the worst the complex has had.

and that would come from poeple that probally brought the roaches with them.. dropped them off and left! yeah.. Peace Out! good riddens and all that good stuff.. It's people like you 2 above that have nothing better to do than bash a good apartment complex that really cares for the tennants and gets things done. I would love to see you do better!
