I have lived here since Mid 2006 and I am currently still a residnet here. I have read a lot of the reviews on here and I have gotten quite "Heated" by some of the comments.. I love the one by speedballer? that one has been above all my favorite. I can say some issues have come about with a noisy neighbor. I went up to the office and talked with -------- and she handed me her business card, asked me to email her with dates and times so that this can be address. I was kinda amazed that the noise had minimized (not totally quite) but a lot better than what was going on before. I have seen -------- and I think his name is ---- here on property after hours. I would assume they live here as well. I have always had the sense that they truly care about the apartment complex. I have had fallen into some financial hard times as I would assume others have also, when I addressed this issue with the office they asked a few questions, now I am paying much less and am very happy with my 1 bedroom w/den. I am sad to say that I am going to have to move and I just found out about the program Coast to Coast. I am able to look online and find another apartment with the same company and save money. I know that I may not be giving a "rave" review, but I am a very happy girl living in a very nice place and I wanted to share it. I would say to all the people looking at the reviews, just keep in mind that their are biggity people that have probably had some issues that if it ain't there way everything is bad. Take a look for yourself to make your own judgements. Thanks for your time.

The thing about bugs is that if anybody in the building has them, then everybody else does too, no matter how clean they are. Once the bugs get in, they're in for good. The only the management can do is spray REGULARLY. Prior to living at Balaye, I was at another place that was very proactive in the war against bugs, and the difference between there and here was like night and day...

You must not have the ghetto fabulous people that I had in my building. Bugs were almost an everyday visitor. We had them spray and the bugs would take a 1 week vacation if that. Plus you say to join the neighborhood watch. They didn't stop the apartment down the breezeway from getting broken into. They didn't stop women from being assaulted in the parking lot.
