I have read all of the comments that were left on this site and I giggle about them. I guess that if your not a person without some type of problem do not leave a comment on this page. To those of you who gave good reviews, this is not towards you.
GET A LIFE! You guys make it seem that management looks in the other direction when they are addressed with a problem. I have had some problems with some things here at my apartment. I have brought it to the attention of the management and within a few hours my problems were resolved and when they couldn't be resolved they would let me know. Nothing in life is perfect! come to that reality and you will be a happier person. Go to some of the other places and (I am not allowed to put with ones on here) but take a good look at some you will be suprised at what you would find. I am not going to sit here and say that everything is "perfect" nothing is. Do your part as a resident to sign up for the neighborhood watch, that will help prevent the breakin's that one person stated. I like that one about "bugs" that is so true, keep your place clean and you get pest control for free, USE IT! If you see something that don't look right tell the management. They have always done something when told about things being broke or something wrong. If you took as much time to learn about things and how to talk with the management instead of complaining about them you will see that they take every complaint seriously. just get a life and stop trying to ruin the business of this good apartment complex.

The thing about bugs is that if anybody in the building has them, then everybody else does too, no matter how clean they are. Once the bugs get in, they're in for good. The only the management can do is spray REGULARLY. Prior to living at Balaye, I was at another place that was very proactive in the war against bugs, and the difference between there and here was like night and day...

You must not have the ghetto fabulous people that I had in my building. Bugs were almost an everyday visitor. We had them spray and the bugs would take a 1 week vacation if that. Plus you say to join the neighborhood watch. They didn't stop the apartment down the breezeway from getting broken into. They didn't stop women from being assaulted in the parking lot.
