I have found in the last couple of years since the management has changed that the amenities do not work most of the times. Vacum and air pumps frequently are not working for months at a time. They offer a gym with a basket ball court which is very nice however, the floor in the gym is very slipery from dust or dirt I imagine so it is a very good chance your kids or yourself will break your neck if your running. Better up keep of the floor is needed. I would recommend Balaye only if the price was right and the amenities don't matter to you.
