I have been living in balaye apartments for about two years now and i love it here. It is a quiet complex with very nice people. Regarding the roaches i have not expierienced any roach problems. The facilities are wonderful. I barely see any trash outside and the pool is always clean. Management is great. They respond to all my needs. I would recommend Balaye to anyone!
