Balaye seems to have an ongoing problem with bugs. I pay extreme attention to cleanliness and I always keep my living quarters super clean. This did not help to deter frequent visits from silverfish and roaches at Balaye. I sprayed them myself and asked the management to bring in the exterminators but they would stay away for a few days and then return as sure as the morning sun. Nothing at Balaye seems to work for too long and this is a direct reflection of the incompetent management staff. The hoses, air pump and vacuum at the car wash bay are out of order for months at a time. The front gate works for one week in a month and is open for the other times. This causes a security problem and resulted in my car being broken into twice within the year when I lived there. The scanner at the gate works less than 50% of the time and I personally saw two accidents at the gate as a result of the scanner not working because people reverse recklessly to rescan their barcoded sticker. There is also a major problem with dog poop at this complex. The place stinks because of the residents having their dogs mess all over the place with impunity. Whoever wrote the glowing reviews about this place has to be the management of BaLaye posting here. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It looks decent at first glance but once you live there you'll be dying to leave. STAY FAR AWAY FROM BALAYE.

yeah sounds like management, that is because I am a Senior VP of a a major corp. I feel sorry for the management at Balaye, for having to put up with whiners like you. I applaude them for having the patience to deal with people like you.
