Balaye was a nice place to live at first, but after about 6 months I was ready to pull my hair out. My AC unit never worked and they would come out and do a temporary fix which was killing my pocket. I kept telling them to just replace the unit because the entire thing was bad, but never happened, just kept paying higher and higher electric bills. Mind you, I kept my air set on 76. Then I had to deal with the nit twit above me who wanted to be an immature little you know what and stomp around all the time. Left her blinds open so her dog could bark at people all night long (she wouldnt be home). We asked her to stop, she whinned to management that we were a threat...so we were told to not ask her to be quite. We had received a letter one time stating we were going to be fined because we werent picking up after our dog, HA they quickly changed their tune when a trash bag of dog crap was thrown in front of them. They went off who someone else thought it was, but never asked us if we were the ones...but assumed. There was only one person in management that was completely helpful. She always was there to help when needed, and when she did her job, she did it with pride. Thats the ONLY nice thing i can say about Balaye is that one individual. Other than that, CRAP!

Wow, you're one of Balaye's residents all right. Ungrateful, no matter how much your wonderful management tries to do for you. I know your type, one of the deadbeats who never pay their rent on time. If this place had a better class of resident, everybody would be much happier. I feel so bad for the wonderful management who have to put up with ungrateful scum like you!
