I have lived at the Balaye Apartments for a year now and have few complaints. My husband and I live in a one bedroom on the third floor facing the lake. The view is really nice and we have had no problem with noise from other residents. We have had absolutely no problems with management. They are very attentive to our needs. One time I walked up to the office to pick up a package and the leasing agent offered to give me a ride back in the golf cart. There seems to be a variety of residents from young professionals to families. The pool is usually crowed with young kids on the weekends and it seems that nearly everyone has a dog but us. In regards to pests, I have seen 2 bugs since we lived here. It looks like they came through the shower drain. It only takes one resident to attract roaches for an entire building, so if everyone would just keep their own place clean there shouldn't be a problem. The valet trash is very nice and I know we are going to miss that luxury in our next place. I love the location, right by I-75 and the Crosstown Expressway. I loved living here and hate to go but do to a career change we are living Florida.
