I have never had a problem with the Balaye staff. They are always very friendly and take care of whatever the issue is. The maintence is also the same way. My ac stopped working one evening and someone was there to fix it within a half hour. They also changed the batteries for the fire alarm. They always keep everyone up to date with evrything happening. And the issue with the gate is not the staff's fault. They dont make the repairs themselves.

OK, this is disturbing. The writer states that issues with the property are not the staff's responsibility because they don't make the repairs themselves? What??? The staff keep everyone "up to date"? Really? In the six months I've lived here one newsletter has been distributed - it was August's trash schedule and was distributed on August 24th. All of these compliments about how wonderful the staff are - I'm pretty sure you are describing yourself whichever one of you wrote this. I am going to be VERY careful in reading these reviews. It is obvious that the staff are writing many of them!!!

No, you obviously didnt read my response correctly, but I guess you want the staff to go out and make the repair themselves next time? Or since you complain so much why dont you?? They did keep me up-to-date with what was going on with the repairs of the gates and they had workers out there trying to fix it several times. I think what might have occrured is maybe you didnt get exactly what you wanted one time so now youre trying to make them look bad. I have received several newletters and I have only been living here for 3 months. And no ma'm, its not one of the staff members.
