I lived in this slum for 5 years and, it is without doubt the worse place I ever lived in. The managements could not care less about the residents, there are loud drunken bashes almost every weekend. The building is shabby and walls are so thin you can hear your neighbor turn the pages of his newspaper. The ac sounds like a tractor trailer runnin out of gas and if you complain about anything, like the people who regularly go through YOUR trash looking for G-d knows what, they call you a whiny chronic complainer and ask you to move out.
