Baywater is not a good place to live. Too much crime, everything is getting stolen. So many kids have their bikes stolen. many cars stolen, and so much vandalism. They park a police car in front of the complex like it is going to stop crime here. The pool, even when it is open is dirty always. This place has turned into the projects. They accept Section 8 yet charge others over $700/month to live here. The walls are paper-thin and you can hear everything. Kids/people outside at night are loud. The floors have cracks that you can feel when you walk that the boards underneath are broke. this place is pure ghetto

THIS PERSON IS CORRECT. I LIVE HERE NOW AND WE HAVE TWO NEIGHBORS THAT FIGHT OR GET DRUNK. THE NOISE IS VERY BAD AND WHEN YOU CALL THE COURTSEY OFFICER THEY DO NOT DO ANYTHING. YOU TELL THE MANAGERS AND THEY JUST WRITE NOTES TO THEM ABOUT THEIR PROBLEM. I AM READY TO MOVE.
