I moved to Baywater April 23, 2005. I can find no real issues with this complex other than the fact that people do not seem to care that you have a reserved parking space and they will park wherever they choose. I also have an upstairs neighbor who apparently likes to stomp around all hours of the day and night in combat boots. I never hear a sound from my two neighbors on either side of my apartment. I had a few issues upon moving in that were taken care of immediately. I have waited two weeks now for a stove burner to be ordered which I do feel is a little in excess as far as time frame goes. The apartment complex is quiet and I feel safe there. It is well lit and I've heard no disturbances since I've been there. The pool and jacuzzi are very well kept and a pleasure to use. Aside from maintenence being slow and a heavy footed upstairs neighbor, I am thoroughly enjoying living at Baywater and would recommend it to anyone.
