The complex is very small and the roads narrow (watch out for speeding cars in the middle of the road.). At night Mosquito's will eat you alive due to it is located on a swamp marsh near the water. Managment is typical it takes several calls to get anything done. When you call the office 98% of the time you get the answering service which never forwards your message. They do not offer pest control unless you request it each month.The security gates and always broken due to people going in/out the wrong way. I have never seen the security guard they claim checks the property nightly. The complex is quiet except for the people who constantly ride and fix there motorcycles early in the morning in the garage. Parking is first come first server and not alot of it. I rate this place middle of the road. it's not the best but not the worst.Not the best place for pet owners not enough grass areas.
