For the price you pay in rent your better somewhere else.They claim to have nighttime security patrol the complex, it's just an off duty cop that writes tickets for people illegal parked.(While i lived there my car was vandalized & keyed twice)other vehicles had milkshakes & garbage poured on them. The security gate was broken 5 months out of the 14 i lived there. Parking is terrible after 9pm you will end up parking 3 buildings away from your residence. Love your Pet' Do not live here mosquito's will them & you alive at night. The complex is built on & around a swamp marsh bugs everywhere!! The front office does not handle there books accurately(the sent me 2 letters about a pet deposit i paid before moving in each time i showed them in there own records where it was paid.Maintenance staff took 6 months to replace a crack window which was done by kids & took them 1 month to clean a window which was egged at 3a.m. by kids.
