everyone is soo helpfull when u first move in. after you put in your notice, good luck getting any help from the desk. i asked to have two different requests fullfilled at my apt and was told by the very sweet sounding girl in the leasing office that it would be done. got no call after and no work completed. rent was increased over 140.00 after my lease was up. they wouldn't budge a dollar on that rent to keep me. plus they charge an outrageous amount after you put in your notice. there are way too many bugs and you will be lucky if you can walk through the silver fish inside the apartment. grounds are kept up nicely and the apartments are nice inside, "have seen better for less." the gate breaks at least once a week and your stuck looking at the broken gate for weeks. i wouldn't recommend b/c i've seen much nicer for similar or less price and much less hastle that this place..
