What is going on with these apartments.''

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
these apartments are very nice on the inside very spacious and i have not had any problems with the noise. HOWEVER, getting a work order done has taken almost one entire month. The staff is unorganized and now the property is going through a buy out from another corporation. Rent increases are very high. I paid 640 2 years ago and apparently it may go up to 845.
